Overview:

Protein L has a strong binding capacity to the kappa light chain of the antibody. It is a versatile affinity chromatography media for the isolation and purification of antibody fragments of various sizes, such as Fabs, single-chain antibodies (scFv) and domain antibodies (dAbs).
